Users agree to indemnify and hold Existence Ads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from their breach of these Terms or violation of any laws, including Indian consumer protection and privacy laws.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida.
